Sarah and Nic got married out at the beautiful Rock Lake Ranch a couple of weeks ago and are getting back from their honeymoon today. We wanted to have something up on the blog to greet them when they got back so we broke out the big drums and upped the pace of the little elves that do our photo editing for us. BOOM, BOOM. BOOM ba Booom Boom Ba ba boom. Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba Ba..... and so forth

If you follow any photographers for very long you'll eventually hear them try to quantify, "the best part of my business."  I have personally heard some crazy stuff like, "I like being my own boss," or "I'm inspired by light" (weird). Kristen and I have landed on one or two things that keep us working. Keep us working through all the tense wedding moments and all the tense non-wedding moments. Keep us laughing when there is more cause to be angry. We love Jesus and Jesus loves people. Every once in a while we are lead to work with folks that are extremely easy to love. Sarah and Nic are these people. I don't want to spread their whole story all over the internet or try to capitalize on their history together, so i won't. I will say that these two are refreshing to be around. Keeping life simple and understanding what is truly important are skills these two gracefully and naturally wield.

Without further ado, Mr. and Mrs. Hammond:

Oh my goodness Kristen and Tim, just a few minutes ago I got the email that we were on the blog and in the short time I've spent looking and re-looking at these pictures I've teared up, had to catch my breath, and have fallen in love with our wedding day all over again. I cannot thank you both enough for allowing us to relive this day through your beautiful pictures, what fun it was to have you guys there along the way!
