You may remember Andrew and Allie from their engagement session last February. We, of course, spend a lot of time with many couples who are enamored with each other. This time usually is a mixed bag of emotions for Kristen and I. On some level, there comes a pressure to do a good job, as this is our business and we hope to produce quality. But most days that pressure is overwhelmed by the love of what we do and who we do business with. Allie + Andrew brought a new energy to our business that I, for one, wasn't expecting. Through their sincerity, genuineness and simplicity in love, Allie and Andrew inspired. Beyond the beauty of the wedding (dresses, flowers, music, etc....), the real story was in how Andrew approached his new bride. I've seen guys nervous, excited, questionably tipsy, and otherwise as they wait to get married. Andrew was a rock. It felt like he had already walked the aisle from the minute he pulled up. I would even bet Andrew already thought of himself as a husband before showing up to the chapel. Solid.

And Allie, well, she was gorgeous. I'm rarely ever in the bridal room, but from what I hear, they were having a great time getting Allie ready for her man. She had several hundred ladies waiting on her at any given moment. Each of them a true friend. Both Andrew and Allie were surrounded by such a fun group of close people in their loves, they were completely silly (see group photos below) and totally sincere. The wedding, at Brookwood Community Center, was filled with thoughtful details like special gifts exchanged between the two of them, their vows, and treasured speeches at the reception. We unfortunately cannot show you every detail from their day here on the blog, but hope that you feel some sense of being at Andrew and Allie's big day, even now.A+A_Blog_001.jpgA+A_Blog_013.jpg A+A_Blog_002.jpgA+A_Blog_005.jpg
